SAM© includes the ability to add a note to Online Bookings.
The note pops up providing customer information when services are booked online.

You may want to advise new clients to arrive 10 minutes before their first appointment or the preparation required 24 hours prior to a chemical or laser treatment.

Its very simple to do.

Step 1
In SAM© click on Maintenance/Services.
Select the Category and Service.
In the Service Edit Area click on Edit/Notes.
Enter your Note and close.

In SAM© click on Maintenance/ Settings/Options.
In the Online Appointments section click the Allowed Services button.
Select the Category.
Tick “Show Notes” against the Service.
Save and Close.
